All of our honey is raw, unfiltered, and naturally crystallized and is sourced from Washington, DC's Northeast neighborhood. The crystal texture of honey varies according to the plant nectar's used. The bees were foraging and storing surplus nectar, as well as the moisture level at which the nectar was evaporated prior to capping. Our honey is delicious straight from the spoon or combined with a variety of foods and beverages.
